Been going here for years, friendly , helpful ,staff . Family run business, you couldn't pay me to go elsewhere love these guys

My dad recently got surgery and I forgot to pick up his meds before beacon closed on Saturday. Luckily, I was able to reach someone and they let me come pick it up after hours! I definitely recommend this pharmacy! The service and the people there are the best!

I switched my family over after constant issues with Walgreens over a long period of time - couldn't be happier with my decision! Staff is always friendly and helpful, and I'm never made to wait longer than just a few minutes. We love them so much that we've kept our scripts here even after moving out of town!

We recently moved back to Bristol after being out of state for a while. We wanted to give our business to a small pharmacy, versus CVS or Walgreens and naturally thought of Beacon. We had fond memories from when the Bradley’s owned it. However, we are sad to see that the customer service has gone far downhill with the change in ownership. Specifically, Ciara is extremely rude and unpleasant to work with. Any interaction with her has made our experience at Beacon a poor one. She snaps at coworkers in front of everyone and is unhelpful and short to customers.

I can’t say enough good about this pharmacy. Cory (pharmacist/manager) and I spoke over Facebook after a post I had made on Bristol Talks about an error that CVS pharmacy had made in my sons medication resulted in my son being without medication for a few days. It was a disaster and I was in a bit of panic mode. He, and other Beacon Pharmacy staff assisted me in getting my sons prescriptions transferred over so that it was a painless process. They were all polite and helpful and they continue to be that way. Also, in the last couple months I myself have needed a decent amount of Lovenox injection blood thinner due to a blood clot I threw after surgery. Because of how much lovenox I need they have to special order my refills, and they get it in the next day and I haven’t had any issues whic
