Is there any way to put zero stars? Just went in for hives all over my body. They are chronic. Itching like crazy and everything. I didn't even get to tell them about the pain in my back. Dr. Bridgmon came in and told me there's nothing he can do and then asked if I could follow up with a primary care Dr. I said yes I do, but what good is my primary care Dr going to do? He said run additional blood tests. I said that's crazy because why wouldn't you just run blood here and treat my itching and my body feels like I'm shaking and want to run a mile. It's hard to explain. Then he says I'm discharging you and walked out of the room. The entire time he was very rude... Will definitely never go back.

The doctor was nice however I went to try to get DVT ruled out. I was told they don’t do ultrasounds there after hours. They didn’t even do bloodwork. They were writing down my name and date of birth on sticky notes same with the triage nurse. I don’t understand how they can say they’re an ER if they can’t/wont do ultrasounds, mri, ct, etc. and why they wouldn’t do a blood test is beyond me because that’s one of the steps for diagnosing DVT. I thought it would get better with beacon. It’s gotten worse. I will be calling their patient relations dept to express these concerns but I’m not paying for inadequate treatment.
