I recently been bed bound sick for over a week visiting this facility 3x in less then a month for help. Instead they ran a bunch of test tried giving me medication it made it worse till my husband advocated that the medicine made issues worse. After that they totally dismissed me and left me in pain. I ended up at family health center who took my illness seriously and found out I had a severe bacterial infection. Then even though my liver enzymes was going down the doctor represented that my liver enzymes was high but not (emergency high). Then I started swelling badly in my feet ankles and legs and they refused to do anything other then more blood work and told me to wear the compression socks and elevate. I ended up back at family health center who said my enzyme levels was DROPPING grad

I love the maternity ward here. The quality of care there is what really stands out, and that’s what matters most. The nurses are great at what they do. They’re attentive, knowledgeable, and never make you feel brushed off. They check in regularly, explain things clearly, and actually take your concerns seriously. It’s obvious they’ve handled high-pressure situations before and know how to stay calm and focused. The doctors are just as reliable. They’re professional, level-headed, and clearly focused on the health of both mom and baby. Nothing feels rushed or careless. When decisions come up, they explain the reasons behind them so you’re not left guessing. That kind of communication really builds trust. The midwives also deserve recognition. They’re supportive, experienced, and work sm

I was recently in your care and second shift nurses were just fine but first shift was always an experience. My nurse Rebecca was inappropriate and was kissing and letting her trainer touch her while they thought I was asleep. Using foul language and talking about how sex after work in the parking garage was so good. Always on her phone. I hope you don't get this nurse.

Beacon Formerly Borgess Ascension ER Transport Failure: The hospital was unable to provide transport to the nursing home until the following morning and was going to move my husband in wheelchair and I with my walker from ER room into waiting room until transport arrived. My husband and I were subjected to a deeply concerning situation when the hospital discharged us from the ER, only to instruct us to wait overnight in the waiting room for their wheelchair transportation company back to the nursing home. Adding to our distress, the hospital staff refused our requests for food and water. This incident highlights a serious failure to provide reasonable accommodation and is a potential violation of the ADA, which legally mandates equal access and support for all patients, including those w

Went to emergency room 1 day and the doctor and nurses were compassionate and knowledgeable. The 2nd time we went there the nurses did not know how to put my IV in. Two nurses tried and they both blew and the 3rd nurse finally did it, Our 3rd experience the nurses were unkind and unprofessional and not available and when they were available they ignored you. The doctors were the same! Got 5 different medical diagnoses contradicting what the other doctor said and nurses were just as confusing. Bottom line, they had no concern for the patient. What I have seen is there are only a few good doctors and nurses (about 10% ) the other 90% are a risk to your health Beacon is allowing their employees to be medically incompetent and disrespectful to the patients.
