Beacon Family Dental - Brookline

I had a wonderful visit at Beacon Family Dental in Needham. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Samantha did my cleaning, and it was truly the best I’ve ever had. She took the time to work carefully and pay attention to every detail, and my teeth felt exceptionally clean afterward. Dr. Liu has always been an outstanding dentist, and I couldn’t ask for better care. I’m very grateful for the excellent service from the entire team.

I have been exploring dental offices in the area since 2024 and have been disappointed by most of them. Beacon Family Dental is the only one so far that truly cares about their patients, whereas many other offices only focus on making more profit. Everything here is extremely transparent and professional, from the front desk to the dentist and hygienist. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a dentist to give them a try. First of all, I wasn’t sure whether my insurance would cover the dental expenses, the front desk staff carefully reviewed my insurance and explained the coverage breakdown step by step. On my second visit, she found my teeth had improved, adjusted the plan, cleaned and polished my teeth, and didn’t charge me at all. Honest, caring, and trustworthy.

Dr.Liu is the best dentist I've ever met. I was a bit nervous about my first implant but she did it perfectly with her exceptional skills and experiences. She cares about patients and always answers to patients' needs nicely. Other stuffs are also very helpful and friendly.
