I have not ever been treated so horribly. New patient for Dr Freas. I'm filling out the paperwork for a new patient. One of the forms is a Notice of Privacy Practice. Which is normally fine but there were 3 paragraphs that I didn't agree with. So I just wrote no next to them (even though there wasn't a yes or no) and signed it. The receptionist checked with Dr. Freas, and said it had to be signed without the no's. So I said ok, just print it out again and I will sign it. Then the Dr came out and said, actually, just find a different dermatologist. If you can't sign a simple legal paper, then we won't be a good fit. I was totally astonished. I waited 3 months for this appointment! But hey, I guess it's good to know now how they are, now, rather than later. I guess they are used to people n

My husband, daughter and I are all patients of Dr. Freas. I don't understand the reviews of the rude office staff, they have always been nothing but pleasant to us, even when my fear husband gave them grief over paperwork. As for Dr. Freas she is outstanding, my daughter had to have a procedure and was scared to death, Dr. Freas was very understanding with her and took extra time and care with her, the procedure went great and due to the surgical skills of Dr. Freas my daughter barely has a trace of a scar. Dr. Freas and her staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Freas has been my dermatologist for many years, and she's seen me through several episodes of skin cancer. She is thorough and professional. I"ve never had a problem with her staff of any kind.

I was meeting my husband at the office for a duel appointment with my son. I did not have my new patient papers and explained my husband would be there presently with the papers. The snot behind the window sniped at me "that's why we have you come early... I handed my two insurance cards and ID's while she reached down to gingerly shove a clipboard at me telling me to start again. I called my husband who called the front desk to stress he would be right there. I was irritated at her poor professionalism and considered leaving if this was their best. I walked up to the window and requested my cards. She had made an error and had to chat at the little station. She seemed inconvenienced when I asked for my cards back a second time. My husband arrived with all of the necessary confirmation

I do not recommend this dermatology practice. I arrived at 10:30 for an 11:00 AM appointment. I was not seen until 11:45 AM. The doctor then told me I needed a minor surgery and that it was urgent. She even recommended going to an ER if I could not make it to her next available appointment. I moved around my entire work schedule to ensure I could make it to the appointment 2 days later. The office called at 4:30 PM the day before the appointment and told me my appointment was cancelled. They provided no explanation, just saying that things “didn’t work out.” They then said they would like re-schedule me for the following week, despite previously telling me it was an emergency. As a new patient, I found this very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I would not count on any “appointm
