Good evening, today my daughter and I walked into this facility and greeted the lady behind the counter and asked her “what’s the suite number.” my daughter and I had just walked in a door before this suite door and I believed that I was lost. One of the ladies behind the counter with dark hair asked me “what I was looking for”, and I looked through my phone as the other lady at the counter with lighter hair, tried to give me directions. Once I remembered the name of the office that I was looking for the darker hair lady said, “read the sign on the door!” I looked over at the sign on the door and she continued to say , “ What does that says?” I was confused and taken back from her attitude, wondering what I did to deserve such a terrible greeting. Jesse is very mousey. No sense of being knowledgeable at all. Had a concern about doing possible damage to my tendon and wanted to consult my orthopedic surgeon before the next session to review my MRI and the kid NEVER bothered. Then I'm told we would do another session THEN he would call after he said he had concerns at the prior session. This place should be avoided!! David Sutherland Neptune Beach

My Physical Therapist (Rachelle) was wonderful. Rachelle l worked with me to strengthen and build muscle in my hip area. The workout Regimen she designed included my exercises and stretches to do at the facility and at home throughout my recovery. After I completed my 16 weeks of therapy I felt stronger with more endurance and energy. I highly recommend JOI Rehab for a complete recovery for any joint or muscle pain.

Purchased Mother's Day gift from Groupon and was told it was only available during the week before 3pm. Before I purchased I attempted to check website and Groupon details and no hours of operations listed on Groupon or website! If your going to have a Groupon, please put your availability and hours before people commit to purchasing. At least update your website to list your business hours. Very unprofessional.

on my last visit Nov 2018, dr, _____ asked me to go to wall-mart buy -"they have all ingredients needed" drugs, =solicitation for drugs ?? and the first i gave him MY MRI REPORTS, HE LOOKED AT PAPERS " WHAT ARE THESE" THE PLACE IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY- UNSAFE!!!
