CareSpot Urgent Care of Neptune Beach

I had a great experience at CareSpot Urgent Care yesterday. Morgan Sanders, PA, and the entire staff were incredibly caring, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. I especially appreciated that they went the extra mile by offering to help make an appointment for me with an eye specialist. That level of care truly made a difference. I highly recommend this location.

It was nice to have an appointment. The receptionist was professional and courteous. The facilities were clean. The medical assistant was competent. Most importantly, the PA that saw me diagnosed my symptoms correctly and prescribed a plan that provided immediate relief and path to healing. Highly recommend.

I hope I don’t need their services but if I do, this is the place I will seek treatment. Everyone I encountered displayed such a caring, compassionate attitude and made sure that I was taken care of. I came in with a sick body and left with one but I was educated and prescribed medicine to help with that. My spirit was refreshed because I felt every need I had was addressed. This is an absolutely amazing team!

They got my son in quickly and did a wonderful job. The reason for the 1 star is because they are requiring you to keep your credit card on file even if you pay with cash. Companies are constantly being hacked and customer information stolen. There is absolutely no reason to require people to keep a credit card on file. I should have been allowed to pay for the service I came for and leave.

Went to get a sore throat checked out with no appointment. In and out in less than 25 minutes. I was told it would be a long wait. Dr and Nurse were attentive and professional
