Always helpful, friendly, and fast. I run a business and we all make mistakes or have an employee who misses the bar. Pretty unfortunate that people in these reviews get on here and blast a longstanding business because they had one bad experience with one employee. What happened to calling the store and asking to speak to the manager about it? We really going to severely hurt a business because one young employee wasn't great one time? Help them get better and improve. Give feedback, in person or on the phone. Tell them you're going to write a review if they don't remedy the issue. Don't make others avoid even trying the place because you didn't like some kid. You, the reviewer is the childish one..... That being said, if it happens twice then blast them. I sure will. But one time? N

I had a total knee replacement and on the way home from the hospital we went to get my prescription..The guy stuck his head out the drive up window and asked my name and DOB. He comes back and says they have nothing! Now I'm in trouble. It is 4:30 and Bienville orthopedics has closed. I had no clue what to do. I called back to Singing River and the nurse told me that my prescription had been called in on 10/13/25. 5 days ago. I sent my grandchild to pick up the meds and she gave them the wrong card and it was declined. I had cash and other cards to pay but by this time they closed. Now trying to deal with this pain until they open in the morning. Done with these incompetants and will find new home town pharmacy.

I am visiting the area from out of town and needed some meds for my pet. They were very courteous, friendly, and fast. (Just the opposite of the bone heads at Walgreens down the street.)

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Thanks guys keep up the good work.

They are quick with the filling, and everybody is so pleasant and smiles all the time.
