I really like my OBGYN, but this clinic is so incredibly disorganized and has very bad communication. There is no online portal, so any question you have requires calling or showing up for an appointment. I called last night to cancel my appointment for today and had a whole 10 minute friendly conversation with the person at the message service, but then the clinic apparently never got the message today and still marked my appointment as a “no show.” I also never received my lab results.

Be well overbooks all appts to see doctors or specialist patients wait more than two hours past their appointments time complaints are not addressed by staff and just ignore patients. Facility overcrowded each department.an d without regard to max capacity limits violating safety standards . Facility books more than 20 patients for each appointment time and staff says we're very busy you must wait to see the Dr. Medication refills are delayed or not refilled due to poor medical delivery to each patient. A medical office should not have standing room only for patients with appointments. Notify your insurance carriers of the facility overcrowded and overbooking medical and physical therapy appointments. The receptionists in this building regardless of the floor are rude and passive aggressive for no reason. They are talking to new and old patients that are trying to schedule appointments over the phone with disrespect and the staff members like to laugh and joke in the background when this is supposed to be a business. They lack a lot of manners and self awareness will not be coming back ever

The front desk staff was unprofessional. As a new patient being there for the first time. I was told to hold on while a receptionist chatted with her coworker. Once they were finished the receptionist abruptly asked what I was there for. I told her and she simply said down stairs. But gave me no directions to either the elevator or staircase. After finding the downstairs office the receptionist at that office asked me who I was here to see I told her and she gave me a clip board to write my name down. I was 1st on the list. As I was filling out the clipboard she told me not to put the time which I was in the middle of writing and she then grabbed the clip board from me. I was shocked by this and she became defensive and turned to her coworker and began speaking about me in a passive aggres

The staff here are disgusting. The doctors are always late, some of the medical assistants can’t draw labs properly. They are unprofessional. The administrative office have no clue what is going on and they are also rude. They give you an appointment but you’re waiting for hours before you see someone.
