Be Well Pharmacy

Very happy with services provided by the pharmacists and staff of this pharmacy. When my prescription plan refused to cover the medication, pharmacist took his time to reach out to the provider and get the medication approved and available in a very timely manner. The pharmacy has a great selection of over the counter medications. During covid-19 crisis pharmacy had necessary supplies available for first line health care workers, including masks, gloves, boot covers. Highly recommend this pharmacy.

Excellent service. The pharmacist is very helpful & reaches out to my doctor's office to expedite the receiving of my medication, or to seek approval for a change in the prescription. Answers very thoroughly, any questions I might have.

This review is based on my (albeit infrequent) experiences in the store over the course of a few years. I really want to give this place my business. But whenever I go in to buy something or see if they can have a prescription filled, I leave confused, or feeling sour or ripped off. Bandages (and in general, most items in the store) are more expensive than other places. When I ask if they have an item in stock, I feel like I'm pulling teeth; it sometimes takes the staff a while to acknowledge I'm even there! I also feel the staff gives priority to white, Russian-speaking old ladies over anyone else, especially PoC or anyone who doesn't speak Russian. At least the place is well lit, clean, and looks organized.

I Went into Be well Pharmacy to pick up my medicine and all the staff there is so nice and welcomes you. The place is nice and clean and well organized. The pharmacy there is as fast service.
