I went to Be Clinical for a natural looking lip. I’m 50, so I don’t like to look over done. I asked for Tina since she is amazing with lips and also a nephretiti lift expert! My neck has been bothering me too. I was on the fence about Botox into the neck and she really talked me through the platysma band relaxant approach. She took her time and not only gave me great natural lips, she injected Botox into my neck and jawline to give me a visible lift. I’m excited to see the results in a week or so! I was very happy with the service, office was clean and organized and the vibes were right. Lips can be painful, but Tina offered a dental block and numbing cream to make it virtually painless. I don't know what is going on with this place, but their providers are changing and they are extremely unhelpful and unwilling to provide good customer service. It just feels like something fishy is going on with the business. First, the provider I was seeing when I purchased an $1100 bank of units left - fine, that happens. Next, when I went to rebook a second visit with my new provider I was told she was on medical leave with no known return date. Ok, inconvenient but onto the next. I then transferred to a third provider (master injector with lots of good reviews, given I don't trust my face and needles to anyone) and booked an appointment weeks in advance, only to get a confirmation 2 days before confirming my appointment with A FOURTH PROVIDER (who's not even on their site) because pr
