Brittney is amazing! She provided a very thorough initial visit to understand my body & the pain I've been experiencing for several months. She was able to release some stubborn muscle tension in my neck, shoulders & hips. Working out daily and having an intense job where I'm on my feet & in front of a computer screen all day, I'm looking forward to my weekly sessions. Definitely worth adding to the Self Care budget.

I have osteoarthritis in my knees and an aging lower back and am trying natural solutions for my body. Brittny has helped me feel better with her massage therapy and bodywork skills. She has also given me some fun ideas on keeping moving and strengthening my legs without putting too much strength on my knees. I recommend Brittney, her therapy is consistent with a very caring spirit. If you want massage therapy with lasting results, Brittney will make it happen. The therapy room is nicely set up with a water fall sound and warm lighting.

Brittany is awesome! She knows what she's doing and has been a great help to both me and my husband. She helped me work through a flare up of lower back pain and now has been assisting with jaw pain from TMJ. I can feel the difference in my jaw after massage and it has allowed me to stop taking daily advil. I recommend Brittany to anyone looking for a massage where you will really feel the improvement!
