Baywind Village Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation

Our family is incredibly grateful for the outstanding care my dad received at Baywind Village Skilled Nursing Facility. He was there for over seven weeks, and during that time the staff went above and beyond in every way. What began as treatment for an infected toe ultimately led to a leg amputation, which was a very difficult and emotional journey for our family. Throughout it all, the team at Baywind Village was professional, compassionate, attentive, and truly dedicated to his well-being. They carefully managed his medications, monitored his recovery closely, and made sure all of his needs were met daily. The nurses, therapists, and support staff treated my dad with dignity and respect, and they kept us informed every step of the way. We always felt confident that he was in good hands.

When I needed a rehab setup,Baywind they were there to help me.Everyone treated me with respect, which I appreciate so much. Theirs One nurse that was there that really made it easier for me through the process. Elizabeth Torres an RN ,you always knew that she was there to help in anyway " No matter what". Thank y'all for everything that you did while I was there.

In September, my husband, Jan, wrote a review of his positive experiences with this facility’s PT and OT. After his stay of 7 weeks at Baywind Village, he would also like to comment on his nursing experience at this facility. We would like to highlight two nurses who took care of him daily, who really showed compassion and care for their patients. They clearly love their work and the challenges that come with it. Debbie Jackson ( Hall 100) is a first class nurse who is really professional, encouraging, and is always smiling and positive. Orlie ( Hall 100) is another exceptional nurse that is truly impressive. Baywind Village has a very helpful staff. A few people that stand out as above average are Maria V, Juli Harrington, Orlie, Deby & Clyde. They had to dig in a few times for mom & they stepped up over & over again & always with a smile & helpful energetic spirit. I look forward to adding another review soon. Today, our CNA was at lunch. Mom had a need so we pressed the button. No one arrived. I asked help of a nurse and told her or need. It was not her job, but she was able to get help from a CNA in another hallway. Jaime was quick, creative, & helpful. I look forward to adding other positive stories

Baywind Village has been a great help in the recovery of my Mom that had hip surgery! Environment is nice and clean and all the staff are professional and kind!
