So I kept returning in the hopes that after the office changeover got figured out, things might get better. I had an appt 02.27 at 9:45am. I took off work for this appt. I got to the office at 930am. I got called back around 10am. The girl who came in wearing an MA shirt, seemed to be asking nonsense, just to kill time questions. I am in every 90 days to refill my medication. I had decided that I was going to be patient and just wait. Not a word from anyone until 1030 am when the same MA came in and apologized to me for it "taking so long" and then proceeded to tell me that Dr Siddiqqui was not even in the office and was on his way. I previously left a negative review when Karlie was working here due to ongoing issues with the front office. At that time, staff were consistently rude and prescriptions took an unreasonably long time to be called in. A few months ago, the entire front office was replaced, and my husband and I hoped this would finally resolve issues with returned phone calls and prescription requests. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. A few weeks ago, I ended up in the ER with chest pains. I was instructed to follow up with Dr. Siddiqui, who ordered an MRI. Our insurance denied the request and asked that ER records be sent over. I emailed those records to the office on Tuesday and followed up again on Wednesday to confirm they were sent to insurance so I could receive the MRI needed to determin

I’ve had an excellent experience with Dr. Siddiqui. He makes sure I am happy with my treatment plan, listens intently, and provides thorough explanations. I never feel rushed during appointments because of his detailed and considerate approach. The staff is also friendly and efficient, which makes the whole process smooth. I highly recommend Dr. Siddiqui to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring physician.

I’ve been a patient here for almost 2 years and the only advice I have to anyone considering Baytown Internal Medicine is to look elsewhere. The office itself is pleasant, the staff is kind, and the wait time is never unreasonable. They just seem to be very unorganized and they lack the professionalism that you would expect from your primary care physician. Unbeknownst to me when I made my first appointment here, Dr. Carrie Burns was no longer affiliated with them and Dr. Imran Siddiqui was the new board certified physician. I’ve only seen him there once throughout more than a dozen visits that I’ve been there. It seems the physician assistant, Carlie Breaux is the leading staff member. That in itself doesn’t bother me. The service here has gone to total crap. They are hell to get on the phone. They don’t actually do medicine here. They make an appointment, you show up and they refer you elsewhere and charge like they did something. You’re left taking more time off of work and having no answers. They insist you make appointments for simple discussions. Total time and dime suckers.
