Wow! Where do I even begin?! Exceptional pediatric care! The team here was incredibly attentive and compassionate with our daughter. From the warm welcome at reception with Debbie and Brittany and all others to the thorough explanations from Dr Victor- Linkenhoker, every step of the visit was met with kindness and expertise. Our daughter felt at ease, and as parents, we felt confident in the quality of care she received. HIGHLY recommend this practice for anyone seeking top-notch pediatric care!

Staying in the area on vacation and unfortunately my 2 year old came down with croup while here. My first stop was at an urgent care in the area, who told me my son "just had allergies" (he has never had allergies before) and refused to help me in any other way. The following morning in a desperate plea to help my baby feel better, I called bayside, and the front desk ladies were SO kind. They immediately told me they could get him established as a new patient and get him a sick appointment in an hour. Dr. Victor and her resident were so kind to us, and my son. They called in a steroid for him and he was like a new baby the next day! I will be forever thankful for everyone in the office.

Never had a problem with this office and I call with strange requests a lot. They are willing to work with me and I LOVE that they have late hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays for working people. The nurses are caring towards both children and parents. My son used to get so upset over shots but after the nurses walked him through--he is no longer scared of getting any shots from them.

Dr. Victor is very kind and knowledgeable. Both of my daughters have been going to her since they were babies and they love her. She was also my husband's pediatrician when he was little, so she knows what she's doing! The staff is super friendly as well and we always can be seen right away. Having a doctor we can trust is important, and we definitely trust her!

Terriable experience when my child was born never will go back
