Ask for Excellent staff Jennifer. J. Fully fully experienced wound care specialist. Along with her staff. She should become the chief at this wound care facility. Very responsive for the care of patients. We were blown away. Of how she performs. She serves Bayshore wound care extremely well. We are sure some other company will scoop her up. Because of how well she represents Bayshore wound care. Hard to find expertise at this location. Even the receptionist are hard at work. Just beautiful experience. Thank you! Excellent facility! My family worked with the Wound Center for over a month to heal a foot wound, and the staff was consistent and caring throughout. Excellent reception staff, reasonable wait times, knowledgeable and personable doctor, and GREAT follow-up appointments. For such a small hospital, they are really with it.

This Wound Care center has been a miracle for me. I had a previous surgery with another Doctor that went really bad. I was left confused and nowhere to turn. Someone recommended Bayshore Wound Care to care for my wound from my surgery that had gone really bad. From the moment I called on July 2nd they got me in the next day and immediately started Caring for my Wound. Dr Samra has been so understanding and managed to fix my wound. The staff have been so amazing, understanding, patient with me when I can sometimes be a pain. The Nurses made me feel so comfortable and throughout the process they have guided me every step of the way. My wound is just about healed and I couldn't be more thankful for Dr Samra and Bayshore Wound care

These guys at the wound care center are amazing!! My mom is 90 years old and came to them with a pressure wound on her foot at stage3. They actually saved her foot from being amputated and even worse causing a infection into her blood which would surely have killed her at her age. Dr. Marchese, RN Atyia , Dana at the front desk and all the wonderful nurses I know only by face. All of you are special people. My family and I owe you everything for saving the Matriarch of our family. Thank you All...

Would not recommend this wound care center. I suggest you find one with more caring and compassionate nurses and doctors. My mom is suffering from serious wounds with extreme pain and I feel she’s been treated roughly and not gently with care. The doctors and nurses are rough and the nurses seem phony. They seem sweet but that’s only to family members over the phone or when a family member is present at a visit and not to the patient when they’re alone. I didn’t sense any sincerity. And don’t get me started on them returning calls.
