Bayou City ER & Hospital

I had a great experience at this ER/hospital. The nurses were incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Dr. Boester was thorough, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt truly cared for and supported. I’m very grateful for the excellent care I received. Highly recommend

I had an amazing visit at Bayou City ER. Dr. Boester was absolutely the best—professional, knowledgeable, and very attentive to my concerns. From the front desk staff and first-shift nursing staff was also incredible. They were professional, compassionate, and made sure I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit. I truly appreciate the excellent service and highly recommend this facility!

The medical team was professional, attentive, and took the time to explain my diagnosis and treatment in a way I could understand. The nurses were kind and patient, always checking on me and making sure I was comfortable. The facilities were clean and well organized, and the admission and discharge processes were smooth. This was my 1st time going to Bayou City ER. The staff was exceptional, they were absolutely wonderful. I received top tier care. It wasnt a long wait. They took me straight back. My RN nurse name was Ashley she was very kind, attentive and professional.. My Dr name was Dr Henderson he was also, kind and professional. He also, walked me through everything he was doing and explained why it was needed. If I ever need to go back to the ER it will definitely be at this location Bayou City ER in Humble Texas. Thank you all so much for the top tier service you all provided. From the receptionist to the nurse, the CT scan tech and the doctor. They did not disappoint at all.

Excellent care at Bayou City ER & Hospital. I went in with a respiratory issue and the staff was attentive and professional the entire time. They checked on me often while waiting for test results, explained my diagnosis and treatment clearly, and answered all my questions with patience. I felt very well cared for and truly appreciated their kindness. Highly recommend.
