I try to avoid coming here since the old manager Angel left (HUGE mistake letting her slip away) due to their lack of efficiency. However, my daughter who is 38 weeks pregnant is experiencing lots of tooth pain. I called and the lady who answered was SO NICE and helped us get in right away.( I was hopeful) she gets there ,waits an hour, no biggie, they squeezed her in. Does Xrays. They tell her the pain isn't on the bottom ,its the top, she reiterated it's on the bottom. They tell the Xray shows nothing. The dentist then comes in and confirms the pain Is where she said it was but there is nothing she can do. They can show another doctor tomorrow or give her a Referral. She told them she doesn't need a referral, she already has another dentist. (AND THIS IS WHY) I call to get a better unde

I’m ngl I came here a few times and the dentist herself was very nice; however , I used my credit cards twice here . The first time after I used it here I received a charge from keyfood which I didn’t authorize. I didn’t think much of it. Next time , I used another card and received a Netflix charge shortly after . I found this highly suspicious and after that experience I used cash only and never had another weird charge side that . I don’t like accusing people because again I don’t know but if the person reads this and knows it’s you , I hope you don’t continue to do this to other people shame on you and your mother

The staff as far as the front desk was nice, but the oral surgeon with the green eyes was very rude. My mom is 71 and was TERRIFIED. He didn’t allow me to stay in the room with her even tho she was extremely anxious. As I was collecting my things to leave ( he told me to leave twice both times in a rude way) , my mom jumped and grabbed the MA’s hand as he shoved tools in her mouth, and the MA was kind enough to hold her hand to relax her. The Oral surgeon then said throwing his hands up, “well how is she going to help me when holding your hand?”. Then shook his head like he was annoyed. It took everything in me to be shut because I was afraid he would take it out on mom once I left. Never again will I come to this office. I had such a great experience at this dental office! The staff was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. The dentist was very thorough and explained everything clearly, which really helped ease my nerves. The office was super clean, modern, and organized, and I never felt rushed during my appointment. I really appreciated how gentle they were while working on my teeth, and I left feeling well cared for. I definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist who is professional, kind, and genuinely cares about their patients!

I had a very disappointing experience at Bayonne Family Dental. I initially went in for a routine cleaning, but Dr. Kumar told me I needed two fillings. After the first filling, my molar—which had no pain before—started hurting very much. At my next visit, the second filling (supposedly permanent) fell out in less than a week. When I returned to have it fixed, I was left waiting for over 30 minutes. When I asked how much longer it would be, I was told there were still two patients ahead of me ( perhaps because they were not being paid as it was just fixing what they messed up). I ended up leaving without being treated. Overall, this was a frustrating and unprofessional experience. I do not recommend this office, as the quality of care and organization was seriously lacking.
