I scheduled their New Patient Bundle, which includes an exam, full X-ray, and routine cleaning. From the moment I arrived, Dr. Frank Rios and his team were warm, professional, and attentive. Dr. Rios provided a thorough, thoughtful exam and explained a customized treatment plan tailored to my needs. His clear communication and genuine care immediately put me at ease. My cleaning was performed by Eva, who did a phenomenal job. She was gentle, precise, and made the entire experience extremely comfortable. Everyone is professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I was new to the Jacksonville area and had some borderline emergency issues. Two failed implants as well as other teeth that were compromised. My teeth were restored in a reasonable amount of time at a very reasonable price. If you are new in town or are looking to change for the better, I strongly recommend Baymeadows Park Dental.

My experience at Baymeadows Park Dental was truly an great experience. For my first time visit and really me not really excited about going to the dentist. This visit was very welcoming. First, the visit reminded me of the old times when the dentist really want to get to know their patients verses just getting to their pockets. I received a call not only from the receptionist but the Orthodontist himself. He handled me with extreme care. Secondly, to walk in and see my name on their welcome board in the lobby. This is my first time visiting Dr. Rios. I can’t even start to express how professional his entire staff is from Emily, Priscilla, and Dr. Rios himself. I truly am terrified of seeing any dental professional from a traumatic childhood experience. But from the day I stopped in to make an appointment I was taken aback by how wonderful and professional this staff is. For the first time ever I felt comfortable in a dental office environment. I would rate this a zero if it let me, I made and appointment online Sunday for Tuesday for and “emergency procedure” I got the confirmation email after and a reminder Monday morning early that my appointment was confirm for Tuesday. I get a call around 10:30am that my appointment has either been given to anther person but for whatever reason my confirmed appointment on Tuesday was cancelled because they claim that when you book the appointment online that appointment is a “request” not and official confirmation, regardless of the two emails confirming the time. I am in pain and need emergency service waiting three days after I already had a confirm appointment does not feel my pain and situation feels personal or urgent to this clinic or there staff.
