The staff truly went above and beyond with their service. From check-in to fully understanding the procedure, everything was explained clearly and thoroughly. Crystal at the front desk was especially welcoming and made the experience feel comfortable from the start. The doctor and assistant were attentive and professional, and I left feeling much better. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

I was pleasantly surprised. The overall wait was less than 20 minutes in a very clean waiting room. The doctor that saw me was great, maybe better than my PCP. Aside from having to pay double what it costs to go to my PCP (not their fault, just how it is), I am overall very happy with the experience. I hope I never have to go back, but if I do need urgent care, this is definitely the place I’d go.

This is the second time I've been there. And always A good experience didn't have to wait, long seen the doctor She told me what was wrong. And then I was on my way. So overall, from the start, when I signed in was very easy. The front desk staff was great. Very nice and kind the next person that saw me took my temperature. My heart rate, my pulse, she was also great. She did a great job. And last I saw the doctor she came in. Answered all my questions. Let me know what was going on. Tell me to follow my the instructions on the medicine. And within a week, everything should be a lot better. So overall, the doctor was awesome as well. Great job all around

Wonderful service! I am very thankful for the care and understanding I received from all of the staff. It is the busiest time of the year, especially the first Monday after Thanksgiving! I was was cheerfully greeted by Crystal who said hello and good bye to everyone who came and went, she was so happy put a huge smile on my face. I have arthritis in every vertebrae in my back so I do not get up easy or walk fast, Anissa, noticed we falling behind and immediately slowed for me to catch up. That doesn't happen very often and especially not on a busy day. Evelyne Imah was so nice, she checked me out thoroughly and was very helpful, she was kind and understanding, that matters in today's world! My prescription was ready before I even got to the pharmacy. Extremely efficient and patient

Had to wait 45 minutes to be seen when I had an appointment. Also, the exam was very quick and not thorough. I noted I was having trouble sleeping at night with the cough and yet the cough medicine she prescribed did not help with my cough or help me sleep.
