Baylor Scott & White Urgent Care - Pflugerville

I visited this clinic on Sunday-11/30/2025, after booking an appointment through their website - the process was easy and seamless. All staff members with whom I interacted with at this clinic were wonderful! I was seen by PA-C Karalin Joyce, who was extremely patient, kind, knowledgeable, and thorough in evaluating my condition. My symptoms were addressed promptly and the treatment plan was clearly communicated to me. I’m extremely satisfied with the services received and feel I was very well taken care of! I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing urgent care services!

I went here this past Monday and did not encounter anyone that was rude. Everyone was very kind and except for a bit of a wait, it was quite satisfactory. Definitely recommend. I recently switched from ARC to BS&W and have been very pleasantly surprised at the level of care and the quality of the facilities I have visited.

Had to make a visit to urgent care at 3:30pm on a Saturday, and we had a great experience. We were the only ones in the waiting room, the staff was quick and attentive, and we were in and out in 20 minutes.

Worst urgent care clinic, reception staff is rude. I went as walk-in at 11:30am, there was not a single person in the clinic but the reception said that the provider will go for lunch now until 2pm, and i cant leave the facility until my turn comes. Upon asking they said anyone who comes before u then they take the priority. I am soo confused, they we are booked but then if I am physically there I dont take priority which they previously said. (Made no sense to me). Then they said u can go online and book an appointment even then i need to stay therr physically until my turn.. and i sae no one there ane yet they are booked. Hypocrisy.. absolute non sense

The Registration Lady opened 13 minutes late. I never heard an apology. It was approximately 15 of us. She took an hour to get to me.. BSW should have had two Reps to check people in You don't say you open at 9:00am and Rep starts at 9:00. You collect 100 percent of what you can and deliver what patientd pay for, your mission promised
