Baylor Scott & White Urgent Care - North Garland

I’d give negative stars if I could. Made an APPOINTMENT for my sick baby. They had us in the waiting room for over an hour. In the patient exam room for another hour with no doctor in sight to come examine my baby. Complained to front desk and waited longer. Still nothing. Left without getting seen and wasted hours of my time. I would avoid this place if possible

I will recommend Baylor Scott & White Urgent Care - North Garland to anyone and everyone… this place was amazing! So compassionate, friendly and professional! . My mom was stung by a wasp and had a major reaction. I couldn’t have put her in better hands. It was clean and comfortable thank you to all the staff on a Saturday afternoon! Yall are so awesome!

My son-in-law went to this urgent care on Tuesday during the ice weather with high fever. He got there at 11:00 right before noon and they told him they would not be able to see him till after 2:00 because they were going on their lunch break. What the heck! Who takes a 3 hour lunch!! Very unprofessional!

Incompetent, long wait, and rude staff. Went back twice and they had no idea how to help with my issue. These people are unqualified. This place is called “urgent care”, this place is not a real ER. They even tell you that they are limited in what they can do 🤦🏽‍♂️. If you’re looking for immediate treatment for a serious medical emergency, THEY CANT HELP YOU. You have been warned. You will only waste your time. I guess only positive is that they recommended me to go to the right place which is an actual ER hospital. I ended up going to Baylor ER hospital in Plano where they were able to treat me until I eventually got treatment. In short, don’t waste your time coming here if you have a serious medical emergency. DO yourself a favor and go to an actual ER hospital.

They were so kind, polite and caring ,the doors was open for sick though it was snowing outside. Thank you Baylor Scott and White, taking care of the people and doing your duties.
