The process was quick and efficient. The staff was professional and courteous. The doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable, she took care of my daughter's medical needs. I prefer going to this medical clinic over the ER Or even my own primary care physician sometimes because of how quickly you can be seen and how professional the staff and doctors are. 2 Thumbs, way up!!!

Everyone was very engaging, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Nguyen was informative and educational, explaining my condition and medication thoroughly. The entire appointment was quick and efficient.

Everyone there was super warm and kind - which is what you are looking for when you are not feeling great. I was quick to get in as a walk in - and quickly evaluated so that I could begin the healing. Would recommend this place

My experience at this particular Baylor Scott & White Urgent care was phenomenal. The customer service was on point and I received speedy service. I am grateful for this facility and their amazing services. In addition, I’ve come to this location several of times so it is definitely a place I’d refer others to go.

The beautiful lady at the front desk has so much experience and patience with people. She helped me even after I cursed right in front of her. I'm sorry that I was frustrated and I appreciate how kind and caring you are because I definitely needed that positive experience. ❤️❤️❤️
