Baylor Scott & White Urgent Care+ Carrollton (Trinity Mills)

I went in because my ear piercing got stuck inside my ear. The staff was so kind. The nurse practitioner was so nice and quickly got the earring out. Best service and an incredible team!

Great and fast service. The staff was great, made checking in and checking out so easy. The physician assistant was very helpful and made me feel comfortable especially because I was coming in for something very embarrassing

Husband and I each have been here about 3-4 times (older folks with assorted chronic issues and injuries). ALWAYS clean, kind, quick care. But most of all very knowledgeable team with solutions! And they follow through. Grateful.

Nurse practitioner is really great! She was very sweet and understanding. The whole place honestly is great my regular doctor couldn’t see me until tomorrow and I couldn’t wait until then with how I was feeling , great staff , and overall place is clean and really great I was in and out within an hour!

Brand new location and the staff is absolutely wonderful. I booked online for a same-day appointment and was in and out in less than an hour for my needs. Happy to see that Baylor Scott and White has opened a new urgent care closer to my area and that it was such a great experience. Will definitely be back if needed!
