Baylor Scott & White The Heart Hospital - Dallas

I was a bit apprehensive as I have never even been to Dallas before. My daughter had to have a specialized surgery and came here from Houston. Our experience was great! She was well taken care of. The hospital seemed clean and the employees and nurses were friendly and helpful. Even the valets I encountered were very easy to talk to. My only small complaint was that I spent one night with her and it is so uncomfortable. I thought I could sleep in the recliner but it doesn’t recline very much. So I tried that green slippery hard as a rock couch that makes into a green slippery hard as a rock bigger rock. For such a nice hospital you would think they could have a recliner that reclines. I was here a few weeks ago for my aunt to get her heart checked out everything turned out good. Every one was nice n helpful that place was like a maze lol the nurses was very helpful.

I went here 1/28/2026 for a Heart Procedure, very nice Hospital, very clean, helpful staff and nice private room and great Surgical staff and nurses, my Surgeon was Dr. Williams who did a great job, very satisfied and I’m writing this the next day! Thanks Team

I can’t say enough just how wonderful the staff is at the heart hospital. From the moment you enter the hospital you are treated with such kindness and professionalism. Radiology staff was excellent especially “Michael” my technician. He listened to my concerns and assured me the CT scan would go smoothly and described every step in detail of the procedure. I met with my surgeon for the first time, Dr Neelan Doolabh, immediately after CT scan. Dr. Doolabh is the best cardiothoracic surgeon with a strong focus on minimally invasive surgery in Texas and people from all over the United States seeks his expertise. The staff here is top-notch—5 stars and 100% recommended. From excellent doctors to the most caring nurses, we never once felt overlooked or unheard. Every concern was acknowledged with compassion and professionalism. They took exceptional care of my mom throughout her stay.
