This is my go-to pharmacy. The staff are always on point, they are polite, very helpful, and caring. When picking up your medications they make sure you understand and ask if you have any questions. You can drive through or you can come inside and get your Medications. Also they will ask for identification before giving you your meds.
As someone who worked in pharmacies as a tech for a year. These people are as incompetent as you can get. If the main pharmacist (actually pretty good) isn’t in, and you need your refill for a prescription that’s been submitted months ago, they will give some unintelligible excuse to not fill it until they are there. It’s sad really, I held out hope this pharmacy would get better but after making the same mistake 5 times in a row I gave up. Plus it’s probably worth mentioning they never clean the place, dead roaches in waiting area, kind gross but not really related to filling prescriptions I guess.
My prescription has a lot of stock issues therefor I initiate re-filling early (up to 7 days) in case I need to call around for stock. Sometimes I call 10-15 pharmacy locations before I find stock. This time they said it was filled and mentioned I couldn’t pick it up till a specific date. Makes sense. I do this to ensure the order is filled. This week I can’t pick it up because they didn’t actually fulfill the order. The way they phrased the response felt as if they are punishing me for being proactive about filling my order. I’ve been calling asking when it’ll be ready. I’m told because I asked to fill it early, they didn’t fill it at all - even though the request is in the system. It’s 3 days after the allowed pick up date and currently without medication for 1 day.
