I'm so happy with my experience at this pharmacy—they really go above and beyond. I live in Queens, but my friends spoke so highly of Bay Health that I decided to give them a try. Everyone I talk to on the phone is super nice (which is rare in New York), and that something I value. They’re super quick with filling my prescriptions and always keep me updated with calls. I don’t have to chase after them like I did with big chain pharmacies, which is such a relief. Plus, they deliver all my prescriptions to my house, which saves me so much time and is super convenient.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Bay Health pharmacy and was blown away by the exceptional service and care provided by the team! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and made to feel welcome. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all my questions and addressing my concerns with patience and professionalism. The pharmacy itself was clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide range of products. Overall, I highly recommend Bay health pharmacy to anyone seeking top-notch care and personalized attention.

Love this pharmacy staff are very friendly! I am very pleased with Jennifer, pass by to buy lotion since this cold weather makes my skin dry and she recommended which were best for my skin. She was very patient with me, I also liked how she listened to every detail I said about my skin problem. Thank you Jennifer I’ll gladly pass by again.

She’s the most amazing and and adorable photographer I’ve ever got help from. She goes extra mile to help you: on top just printing, she made sure that the photos are the exact size fitting my application (it was for a different country document) I’m absolutely satisfied with the service and strongly recommend them.

I love this pharmacy! Staff is always friendly and willing to help. I called different pharmacy since I had to pay cash for a medication my insurance no longer covered and their price was the best. Its my go to place when in a pinch. Also they have a great selection of toys for little kids and adaptive equipment for older adults as well. Will be making this my main Pharmacy for now on.
