Went there first time I wasn't impressed messed up when sending my prescription s in I had to call back but front desk very nice

I had an appointment with Dr. Ethan Keller, today. I was very disappointed. The staff at the front office was very friendly. However, the nurses are not friendly. The office environment was very cold and unwelcoming. I felt like the doctor did not listen to my concerns. People are often misdiagnosed due to doctors, not listening to their patients. If I had to recommend this doctor, I would not.

My Husband needed a new internal Medicaid Doctor because he turned 65 and can no longer be seen at the base so I called Bayhealth me his wife and they called us back later that same afternoon and had him hooked up with Bayhealth internal med. I and my husband was so impressed the details they go over even though we saw an intern the Doctor came in and reviewed everything with us and asked if we had any questions about todays visit. They where very kind from the front desk all the way to the Doctors and the internal intern was fantastic very knowledge and rendered exceptional medical treatment I give this office 5 stars everyone is wonderful in that office. I absolutely love this place. But.... Today when I checked in with the receptionist (far right desk) she said in a not so friendly tone "you can have a seat, we are not back from lunch". I'm sure she is usually very nice and was just having a bad day or maybe she thought she was talking to one of her kids. I'm going to suggest they create a lunch room so that the receptionists can enjoy their lunch without being interrupted by patients.

This is an update to my original review: It's been 2.5 years since I became a patient at Bayhealth Internal Medicine. Since service can change I decided to write this. What I can tell you is the service at this office is top notch. Appointments are on time, Front Desk is always there to make sure your needs are met, Nursing staff are always friendly and very thorough. My physician Huffington is one of the best. She takes her time and listens to you and asks the right questions to evaluate the situation. I like the fact that once your seen your further evaluated by a second set of eyes to make sure nothing was missed on that visit. I still feel I am getting the best care from this office. I use the messaging system if I have a question or need meds refilled. The response back is done in a t
