rushed to the emergency room for severe chest pain, palpitations, vomiting, numbness in body, and almost fainting. i sat in waiting room for 20-30 minutes before i was seen, i was told i needed to do a ecg the male doctor asked me if i've ever done one before and i said no , i wasn't told what it was or how it worked, i was just asked to pull my shirt up and i showed my tummy , he got frustrated and told me id have to take it off. at this point my body was in shock, i could barely move, or even form words properly, he told the woman who was actually trying to help me to not even bother, she offered me a gown and did the test for me. it was unprofessional and made me extremely uncomfortable. they took my blood afterwards and was sent to waiting room for hours, called back again for chest x

I was admitted for three days recently. Everyone was extremely nice. Everyone was very helpful from the front desk lady to the security guards to everybody. Every nurse I had was amazing. The emergency room got me in very quick even though they were very busy. I’m so thankful for everyone who helped me.

I am currently a patient here but this isn’t my first time being a patient here. Everyone is absolutely amazing and they have all been very polite and the bedside manner of all the nurses and aides is impeccable. They listen to me and don’t make me feel like how I feel doesn’t matter. I will not go to any other hospital for any reason. The room is clean and maintained everyday by an amazing housekeeper. The staff really does go above and beyond to make you as comfortable as possible. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this hospital. I waited for hours in the waiting room and noticed that patients who arrived after me were taken to the back first. During this time, it appeared that only minority patients were left waiting while others were brought in more quickly, which was very concerning. I want to be clear that I am not trying to make this about race; however, I could not help but notice that white patients appeared to be taken back more quickly and placed in rooms, while I and other minority patients continued waiting. This difference in treatment was concerning and made me feel overlooked. Once I was placed in the hallway, the difference in care became impossible to ignore. I took my 14 month old there last month due to dehydration and they tried to stick him for blood work 4 times and couldn't get it. I'm talking 4 nurses trying to hold him down and wouldn't allow me to hold him so he was freaking out. I then demanded they stop and not try again. The doctor comes in and tells me they dont deal with babies and I came to the wrong hospital so they cant help us. This is after waiting over 7 hours. If you are not equipped to take care of a baby tell me at sign in so I can take the hour drive to AI and not waste all day waiting with a sick child you cant/refuse to treat.
