My appointment was at 12:00, and I arrived on time. There were many patients, and the front desk staff told me there would be a long wait because the doctor was running behind. On top of that, there were no available seats in the waiting area. I asked how long the delay might be—30 minutes or an hour—and she said about an hour. So, I decided to leave for a bit and come back. I returned after 40 minutes, but I wasn’t seen until 2:00 p.m. The doctor’s assistant told me the front desk had marked me as having left, so they let two other patients go ahead of me—even though I had already come back and was waiting in the clinic. As someone who used to work in patient services, I know that if a patient steps out during a long wait, it’s part of our job to call them before skipping them. But that

This is an UPDATED review.. the first time u go here they will treat u good just so that u can leave a good review .. I have to remove my wisdoms tooth , and they told me that I have to pay for the medication the doctor thinks is best to use . When I went to other dentist they says everything is covered under my insurance . I called my insurance they said the same thing . They just want people to pay out of pocket for things I don’t have to .. I’ve been calling for 3 days to have my X-rays email to me along with a referral and nobody want to answer or return my messages .. I’d NEVER go back here and I’m DONE recommending them to others .

I was looking for a good dentist for the last 3 year until I found this clinic. Very professional the staff are very nice and profesiónal i recommend this office for those like me the are afraid to go to the dentist Highly recommended
