BayCare Urgent Care (Land O' Lakes)

My son had an appointment today due to severe Asthma and although the wait to be seen was about an hour, the service was exceptional. Huge thank you to Provider Tiana! She answered every question and was kind. Best service from BayCare Urgent Care that I have experienced!

This was a fantastic urgent care!! The staff I met upon entering were so kind and helpful. The medical staff were empathetic, knowledgeable and had an amazing sense of humor. Thankfully, I got there before the rush. But, the nice thing was that the TV showed how many people are waiting and what is your place in line. I really liked this place and will return if ever needed again.

I was sent there to get an x-ray of my back and the APRN wanted to send me to the hospital because she said it look like I had Bell's palsy. I refused to go to the hospital because this is the same lady that the last two times that I've gone there she also wanted me to go to the hospital stat because she thought there was something catastrophically wrong and after thousands of dollars of a bill it turned out there was nothing wrong except for what I was coming to that location to be seen for. So when I went in there on Christmas Eve to get my x-ray and she once again I said I needed to go to the ER I blew up and said I was not going and that she does this to me every time I go in there! She refused to do the X-ray and told me I needed to sign a paper. I signed the paper and plan on reporti

The staff was very nice however, we had an “appointment” made online for 5pm. We were even sent a text message 20 minutes before 5pm saying they were ready for us. By 7pm, we still had not seen the doctor. All the while my son was battling the flu. We won’t be coming back to this location. Be warned…LONG WAIT TIME!!

Everyone in the clinic was absolutely professional and very nice. The front desk receptionist put me at ease, the nurse that took my vitals and the PA Nicole were all wonderful. I would highly recommend to anyone. I was in and out in under an hour.
