I've been coming here for a few years now, and my experience is always great. I've been terrified of going to the dentist since I was a kid, but everyone at this office is so kind and professional and makes the whole experience way less daunting. If you've been putting off making a dentist appointment due to fear and anxiety, I highly recommend going to Dr. Moore!

Dr Moore and staff are outstanding. Got right in with a cracked tooth. Prompt and competent service at a good value. Very personable and knowledgeable. Definitely my new Dentist.

Absolutely Love the New location. Been with Dr. Moore for few years now. He and staff never tries to upsell anything or use scare tactics. The fact that Dr. Moore personally checks you after each cleaning is the one big thing that I really appreciate about his practice. He is very professional and caring. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Moore to anyone in search for a new dentist.

High anxiety is an understatement for me when it comes time to visit a dentist. As soon as I walked into Tampa Bay Smiles I was treated with the best customer service! From the receptionist, who helped me not run in fear with her kind words to Grace my hygienist who really was outstanding and comforting to Dr. Moore who I felt was very knowledgeable, conservative and 100% honest in the care that I needed. I'm actually looking forward to going back for my next visit! I highly recommend and I'm so grateful for finding Dr. Moore! Thank you for your all around customer service.

Beware on pricing! I broke a crown and needed it replaced and went there based on positive Facebook reviews. I was told the cost to replace my crown was going to be $950 and that my insurance plan would cover $428 of that. After getting the temp crown put on I paid the balance of $522. After I had the permanent crown put on today, I was told when I was leaving that I still owed them money. It was explained to me that insurance told them they used the wrong schedule and that I had to be charged $1,354. Insurance paid them $570, so they had already received $141 than the anticipated $950 (my $522 and insurance $570) but wouldn't let me leave without paying them the balance due. As a customer, when the business has already been paid more than they quoted, I would think that would be enough, b
