Bayberry Dental Office

Very disappointed at present. Have been a patient for over a decade. The dr has pulled many teeth as I was born without some adult teeth so as I aged, they degraded. Darcy & the Dr are both wonderful but the receptionist at the front has changed and the new girl is terrible. She just gives you a hard time everytime you call and about every question you have. VERY unfortunate, I will not be returning. You should get a receptionist that has some customer service and doesn't give your patients a hard time.

Unfortunately, I can’t give a better rating, even though the hygienist does great work I started at Bayberry dental around two years ago I was looking for a dentist to do my root canal who would accept my insurance This was the only dentist in the area that would do so I went in. He did x-rays. He told me that he could do it. He failed to mention that I would need to come back for five separate appointments to get the entire root canal finished. I didn’t know until after the first appointment that he wouldn’t be completing it all in one day he told me I’m a dentist. I don’t have time to sit here for two hours and do it all in one day. I have NEVER in my life been treated so rudely! Dr Aziz the dentist has a horrible bedside manner. He filled a tooth on my bottom and now I can get my denture in without it hurting ! I went back in and his response was “ what’s the problem it’s not the filling! When I tried the explain to him that there is a pointed area not allowing the denture to lie flat, he turned around and walked out, not even looking at the filling, took the denture and walked out! Came back in and was horrified. At this point I walked out in tears. Don’t go to this man. I’ve been a nurse for 30 yrs, I’ve dealt with many kind of people and think I’m a pretty good judge of character. Some kind of personalty other than a snail would be a plus!! I’ll pay out of pocket and go see another!!! I have since been discharged

I am probably his first patient. I have never had any issue's there in over 20 year's. I think Dr Aziz is the best dentist in the area and would recommend anyone going to see him no matter their issue. Excellent dentist!

Worst place ever ! Really needed somewhere to take my child that was close by . They were rude to me and my son’s father on 2 occasions . The 3rd occasion I went and the blonde receptionist was really rude and taking private phone calls going on about her boyfriend having covid . Also when i called to make an appointment for myself . Not that I want to go but just NEED a dentist close by . I’m assuming the same rude receptionist told me they weren’t taking new patients, then I called back and another receptionist told me they ARE taking new clients but decided to transfer me to the 1st girl who lied . And I’ve been waiting for a calll back for months now ! I wish I could post the video of her on the phone ! Horrible place
