These people only care about money. I am a patient who woke up with a cold sore. I had an appointment about 2 months out, so I called the office to see if there were any openings available or to see if they could help me. The front receptionist told me “if we prescribe you a prescription without an appointment we would go out of business” and immediately hung up on me. I shouldn’t have to take off work and run to urgent care for COLD SORE CREAM! This isn’t a business, it’s health care.

Mark and Gabby were awesome. Attentive to my history and current needs. Mark was very knowledgeable on my condition and prescription options with explanations on the pharmaceuticals. Very professional, observant, and showed concern with recommendations for skin care on the Gulf Coast for sun exposure. Thanks for a great experience.

I like Mark Brown, even though my wait was an hour. But after I was diagnosed with skin cancer, I called to make an appointment to have it removed. A very aggressive woman got on the phone and said that I had to pay a $30 no show fee before I could have an appointment. I hadn’t missed an appointment and I told her so. She was rude and uncaring even though she was in the wrong. She finally agreed to waive the fee ‘just this once’ as though it was a favor. I have to see a surgeon to remove my skin cancer now and when I called to get my pathology report sent to the surgeon, I was put on hold and the same woman got on the phone and started speaking to me in the same aggressive manner as before. I will never go back there again and all I need is my records and skin cancer pathology report with

I've had nothing but a pleasant experience here. Sarah Peters, that was wrong of them and it is hard to reach them in the instance like you had, I had similar but on my surgery day trying to let them know I would be a bit late due to unforseen traffic but I had already filled my paperwork out. Still that should never had happen but don't blame the doctor tell him about it. Dr Cheshire is very good. He has spotted several basal cell skin cancers removed them and stitched it without any scaring. He does great work and a pleasant personality. Shouldn't let staff decide the choice in your physician. Staff can be replaced a good physician is not easily found. I would recommend Dr Cheshire to everyone.
