Urgent Care of Fairhope

Used to LOVE this place until today. It has been mine and my family's go to urgent care. Went today to be seen because I'm sick. Stuffy, cough, and very heavy chest. When I got there, I was told I have. A balance to be paid which is perfectly fine. Like $96 or similar. Plus I have a copay. No problem. But then I was told my husbands balance is like $300, and I can't be seen unless his balance is also paid when he's not even there to be seen. I've never heard of a "family balance" having to be paid prior to being seen at any doctor's office. My 1 year old is also sick. I had to get him up there, stroller, etc out of the car just to turn around and leave and put it all back in the car. This was totally unfair in my opinion.

I had the most amazing experience at fairhope urgent care. I was in town for work and googled “nearest urgent care” en route I was vomiting on hwy 98 with what they determined to be the Flu B within 45 mins I was in and out! Anna, i believe was her name. Nurse Practitioner, she was so kind to me I could have stayed under her care for the duration of this nasty virus. I so deeply wish i experienced urgent cares to this standard in my hometown. Thank you all for your patience, care and hospitality for the sick.

This is by far the best facility I have ever gone to. Clean, professional, the staff members all have a “care givers heart.” I have been to one other urgent care in Fairhope, and Urgent Care of Fairhope is leaps and bounds beyond the other one. Customer service was amazing with Dr. Beall, Ana, Kristen and everyone was so wonderful. Thank you guys for being here. I don’t intend to go back but will always go back to this team of professionals should I be in that unfortunate situation again.

Best experience! The nurse was attentive and the female doctor was AMAZING! She gave me the BEST treatments for my diagnosis. She didn’t miss one thing, rush me out, or cause me to have a second visit. It means so much to find a doctor who knows what she is doing! Thank you! 🙏🏻

My son got hurt on his scooter and needed stitches. The ladies in the office were so patient and kind! They made a scary situation not so scary for him. We are so grateful for their good work and kind hearts. Highly recommend them ♥️
