Bay Radiology Associates

Appalling billing department! NEVER sent us a SINGLE bill for a one-time radiology service, then forwarded the bill (which was minor) to a collection agency! Seriously?!? After never sending us even one bill or making one phone call? Threatening our credit rating over a $49 invoice? Absolutely despicable. If you possibly can, AVOID this department and this hospital!!!

I am a terminal cancer patient with a credit score of 825 and I have been harassed MONTHY by this company’s billing agent APS ever since my initial diagnosis. I am continuously being harassed for imaging bills I never owed in the first place because my insurance covers all imaging 100%. I am literally getting referred to collection agencies for bills I never owed. I have reported this company’s billing agent APS to the Better Business Bureau and am currently looking into filing а harassment suit.

SCAM! I received a bill in the mail from this company. It states that we owe them for some sort of service even though we don't know what its for. I actually think this is a scam considering that another person left the exact same review as me. I suggest Falmouth Hospital take some responsibility by being in the know about this. -I will be reporting the bill to the police. This bill states its from APS Medical Billing Solutions. They're phone number and website is useless and there is no way to talk to a live person. When I called the hospital, they were not able to see anything in regards to a bill. But the woman went as far to ask me if the name of this company was Bay Radiology Associates, however she had no idea that the office they have listed on the bill doesn't actually exist. Bewar

If you have to have an MRI, CT scan or anything done by Bay Radiology be prepared to have a war with their billing service APS. On two occasions my insurance was double billed and it took months to get it cleared up. Bay Radiology's billing service is arrogant, lazy and threaten to send you to collection. Even though the error was theirs, their attitude is "prove it us that we made a mistake", they will do no research to resolve any issue. even though my insurance sent them proof that the bill was paid. I will think twice about going to Falmouth Hospital, just so I won't have to go through that hell again.

Received a bill 9 months after the service date without any explanation of what it's for. Their billing service APS is horrible and useless. No one can explain what the bill is for, just says radiology services. It also states a location that we've never been to. Cape Cod Health(no)care for you...
