Bay Oaks Pediatric Dentistry

Rescheduled my children's appointments without talking to me in person. Office staff will not answer the phones - I am on day two of calling - and it won't even click over to voice mail. Office staff was great when it was under Dr. Bogart, but have definitely noticed a change since he has left.

I have 9-year-old twin girls, and after one had a bad experience at another nearby office, we were nervous trying somewhere new. But Bay Oaks Pediatric Dentistry was amazing from start to finish. The front desk was friendly and helpful, the hygienists were so sweet and gentle, and the cleanings and x-rays went great. Dr. Anna Feng was fantastic—one of my daughters needed two fillings, and she handled it quickly and calmly with such a kind bedside manner. Both girls left happy, which says everything. This is definitely our new dental home until they age out. Highly recommend!

Stay away! We loved Dr. Bogart and had been going to him for years. Not only did we see a new person every time we went after Dr. Bogart retired but I feel like they were scamming us. First we were told my 4 year old had a cavity, when I took her to get filled we were told it wasn’t really an issue and they wanted to watch it 6 months rather than fill it. Then 6 months later, we took her in to be told now she had 8 cavities. It was recommended that we sedate her and put caps on her teeth. Something didn’t sit right with me so I took her to another dentist for another opinion. That dentist (KDL which is AMAZING), told me she had a tiny spot on her back molar but that everything else looked great. No fillings needed! WHAT?! We went from 8 cavities and sedating my child to everything is great

We had the best experience at Bay Oaks Pediatric Dentistry. My kids are ages 3 and 5, and the staff were incredibly friendly, encouraging, patient, and prepared during the whole experience! The hygienists & staff encouraged the kids so they wouldn’t feel nervous and patiently explained each task they were doing. We saw Dr. Khan and she was so friendly and very knowledgeable (questions about tonsils, airway for breathing at night, etc). I definitely recommend if you are searching for a good pediatric dentist experience!
