Bay Harbor Post Acute

My mother was a patient here for 2 months. Many of the nurses were friendly, helpful and pleasant to work with. When she arrived for rehab she was here about 3 days and had a cardiac arrest after having PT/OT. When she arrived back in January she was very sore due to having broken ribs from the CPR performed. She was sore and some of the nurses were not gentle with moving and transferring her from one position to another. Over all the staff were easy to work with and attentive. As with any facility there are good and bad apples. I greatly appreciated Douglas who would call whenever I had a complaint or just needed something addressed. A great thank you to Catrina and Tish. May each patient experience the love and care you all shown to Mom. The food was poorly prepared and often cold

I would to take this opportunity to thank Barbara Smith for caring and encouraging attitude towards me during my stay at your facility. She went above and beyond her duties as a nurse and treated me compassion beyond her duties as a nurse. I consider her a important asset to your organization.She is what i consider her asset to any organization.She goes above and beyond her specified duties to assist all her patients. Mrs Cheryl Brys

I would like to thank Dorothy Haley for all her help while I was a patient at Bay Harbor. She checked on me daily and was always there when I needed anything at all. I really appreciate all that you did for me. They need more employees like her there!!! Also I would like to thank Ms Alfreda my physical therapist. She was also wonderful and always there to lend a helping hand where needed without hesitation!!!! And Thank you to Tracey Hatton Hughes for making sure my stay was accommodated for me to be comfortable while I was there. I appreciate these ladies for all that they did. Bay Harbor is a nice place. It is a real family oriented facility. My wife has been to other facilities and this one has been the only one that was able to get my wife up walking and moving around. She has done a whole 360. Bay Harbor is AWESOME!

I would honestly say this facility is pretty decent I had a family member on station 8 I would go in behind one particular cna an my aunt is always clean and smells amazing !! Every time I come in an need something or ask questions this cna is the first to jump to my attention she helps people with genuine care in her heart she’s always so smiley and her energy is the best I have seen up there in a long time !! Her name is Breeyona with the lashes we call her haha … I also want to recognize the med aides as well an the nurses thank you bay harbor for all you do
