Bay Creek Dental Care

Please, do not waste your time or money on this place. So, unprofessional and unkind, I had an appointment tomorrow at 9am and my husband had one for the next day at 8am. They called me once at 10am and left me a voicemail to let me know they were moving my appointment to 8:30am the next morning. They then called at 2pm to tell me they were canceling my husband appointment for the next day because they no longer do appointments at 8am and were moving it to 11am a different day. They then called me a third time to tell me they needed my insurance information even though. I had called the previous week and had given them the information and lady said, at most my husband and I would only have to pay $50 each. I went for a new patient visit at Bay Creek Dental, in Loganville, and was very happy with the whole experience. The office is clean, modern, and well run, and the staff is very friendly and professional. As a Dental Hygienist, having over 40 yrs in the Dental field, I am very particular about my dental treatment. Reshma, my hygienist, did my x-rays, exam, and a thorough painless cleaning. I would highly recommend her, as she is a credit to her profession, and truly a pleasure to work with. I am so happy to have found this office!

I don’t know why there’s any negative reviews for this place. My cost was given to me up front and the option to make payments. I had a complicated root canal filling and crown that took almost 3 hours. They were great; Dianne and Doctor Matthew were amazing and made me feel comfortable the entire time and explained what they eye doing during the process. The ladies up front, I don’t know their names were amazing too. I am so happy to keep working with them!

Came in last minute work no appointment. They got me set and was very helpful. Quick and up to date technology. Glad I found them, service was much better than other dentist in Loganville. Friendly staff, everyone was nice and pleasant.

A wonderful experience for it being the dentist. Staff was kind and everyone seemed to be enjoying the team they were a part of. From the front desk staff (Ellie) who was extremely polite and personable on the phone when scheduling and in the office when she worked with me on taking payment. To Ashley who was extremely kind and cracked jokes with me through the whole cleaning and then even further on to Mariama who had the difficult task (but still made quick work) of fitting a temp crown on a tooth that had lost one. Dr. Mathew was right along side her team and you can tell that office gets along well with everyone in it. Great team and atmosphere.
