Would never go back. I needed a copy, I felt like I was being watched while I waited for cashier to make a copy. Which seemed to take a while. I know what good customer service is and it certainly wasn't there. And besides, they charge .50 a copy.

The pharmacy staff are always courteous, helpful, and go above and beyond to ensure medications are ready promptly for pickup. Their excellent service and dedication make the process smooth and stress-free every time. Keep up the good work👏

Veteran affiliated pharmacy, clean ,and friendly. So I thought I am a veteran with two tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. When I got there, they made me feel comfortable. I brought my tags to make sure that the meds were authorized OK but all of a sudden, the pharmacist the owner decided to tell me that he couldn’t fill my prescriptions and that he was under penalty. When I looked under the officer professions, there was no sanctions against the Pharmacy at all if he didn’t want anybody to fill the meds then just say so from the military guy to a military guy or as a man he could’ve just said listen you know I don’t want to fill the prescription anymore, but instead decided to lie right in my face. These are supposed to be my own brothers that I want to war with or serving the same uniform. I’

Walked in with a friend this weekend to take our passport photos. Eli made the process quick n easy. Made sure our photos met the requirements and also our personal approval. Thanks again!

I switched to Bay chemists about 2 years ago and I've been so thankful since the day I walked in there, to do business with them. They go above and beyond to service each and every client. I feel like I'm family with them, rare to find such good customer service in Brooklyn. My old pharmacy was so bad and I'm so glad Bay chemists are different, they are amazing and so nice!
