Bay-Care Pharmacy

I had a very disappointing experience at this pharmacy due to the behavior of one female pharmacist. She speaks extremely loudly, often announcing private medical information in front of other customers, which is a serious breach of privacy. She also asks inappropriate personal questions, such as whether you live in the neighborhood, and makes disrespectful comments or assumptions based on your appearance — even suggesting that you couldn’t possibly live nearby. To make matters worse, she laughs and jokes with staff in the back about customers and their health conditions. If you don’t want anyone to know your personal business do not go here.

I have a little piece of advice for this neighborhood pharmacy — keep doing exactly what you’re doing! Friendly, caring, and always ready to help.

Love their selection and the staff. Very friendly and very patient. Can't recommend enough, had a pleasant experience. Huge selection of Russian products and Korean cosmetics if anyone looking.

I really like the products they sell here! There is a huge variety of beauty products, herbal products, supplements and so on. Prices are great, clean atmosphere. I can’t complain only thing is I never really had exceptional service. I never had anyone be rude to me but I never really see the workers smile or act nice towards you. Service should be worked on for sure!

Rude, unhelpful, patronizing, unfriendly employees (whom have even lied to myself and others I know whohave been there). Show clear favoritism to certain customers (allowing them to cut you in line and then chitchat after they have already received the items they came for). Price gouging on pandemic essentials still to this day. Only went here for proximity and I figured a small pharmacy would be more intimate and helpful. I was wrong. Just gonna stick with big name mega chains from now on cause at least they do their jobs accordingly and aren't blatantly hostile to customers. Would give a lower rating if possible.
