We love teacher Jenn! My son has made so much progress in just half a year with teacher Jenn. My son loves to see her and she connects with him very well. Her methods have seemed to jump my son forward as he continues visit. Thank you Teacher Jenn!

We love Teacher Jen. We have a speech delayed son who has blossomed while receiving services from teacher Jen. She matches his energy perfectly. Jen and Margarite have been great when we have had to cancel last min for illness or an er visit. We love them so much we drive 4 hours every week so our child can see her. Thank you Jen for your patience and unconventional methods. You are exactly what our son needed.

I’ve had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with Jenn and Marguerite, who comprise Bay Area Speech. Below is a factual recount of events that has led me to leave this poor review. Marguerite was nearly impossible to get in touch with via phone call, and the majority of our interaction happened via text. This typically wouldn’t be an issue except for the poor response times, as noted below. After scheduling the initial assessment session I reached out to Marguerite on Monday 6/13 to schedule further sessions, but no response until that evening saying I would hear from her tomorrow. No response until late Thursday that week. I asked Marguerite a few questions regarding billing practices with our insurance company. No response for approximately 1.5-2 weeks. I was incorrectl
