What happened to the days when you call the Dr office, receptionist answers phone and you tell them what you need; weather it’s an appt a refill or just a general question.? You get prompt attention/response and move on about your day. Now, you call and a third party answers, puts you hold for a while, they contact the office directly and try to get an answer for you and if not, they leave a message then tell you someone will call you back. Maybe someone does or doesn’t call you back - either way it’s now day two and you’re starting over with the third party answering service all over again. It’s never ending cycle and deadlines that need met are missed and then you truly do have to start overl

My first procedure performed here was a very good experience.. though the colonoscopy itself is not fun, the doctor and staff make such a difference. We so much appreciate Dr. Ojeas and his staff., Gaby, Angela, Marcy, Jose, and John .

The staff were professional and helpful. The professional was very good at her job. She answered all questions and listen to my concerns.
