UPDATE ON THEIR REPLY: They used time as an excuse. The change of the color was a mistake on their end THE MOMENT the put the implant (NOT COLOR CHANGE THROUGH THE YEARS AS THE MENTIONED) and I complained, the Doctor was a bully and made me sign papers that this was all under my responsibility. It is sad that they give dentist a bad reputation of just trying to bill more for insurance. Truly a Horrible Experience, Lack of organization, lack of Empathy and good manners. They used to be good. They have 5 stars because they will request at the beginning and then you forget, shady practice! They Only treat you nice while you have insurance, the moment they see that cannot overcharge the insurance anything more from your end when you have to cover out of pocket they will not care. Root canals are an absolute highway robbery. They tell you “ Oh don’t worry your insurance is good they covered all these extra X-rays and other procedures” two weeks later “oh your insurance didn’t cover it” no help with payment plans no question of if this is too much money. Just pay it. You’re in pain you have to pay it. Never coming here again. Do more research for a better place.

This is by far the best dentist's office that I have ever visited. Teeth cleanings are gentle and thorough. They have modern imaging so they can show you what they're seeing and give you tips or answer questions along the way. No upselling. They've billed directly to insurance and there have been no issues on that front. Mail and text reminders for appointments. Everybody is extremely friendly. Highly recommend!!

Very pleasant and corteous dentist and staff. Very competent and friendly. The lightest hands in the business. Definitely recommend to anyone.
