Great Dr. but they never answer the phone and do not return messages. It will happen if an emergency should arise and i need to speak with them? I like going to DR B but I may be looking for another Dr if this continues.

Love going to a clinic that runs smooth. Not only is Dr. Bautista knowledgeable, his staff are well equipped: kind, helpful, quick and have great communication skills. I love being a part of a clinic that makes the patient a priority, especially during some of my most vulnerable moments.

I would like to start by saying Dr. Bautista is a great doctor and an honest man who is very informative and knowledgeable. On the other hand he has a very poor staff who do not care at all what so ever if you are In Dire need of help in regards to getting you results, appointments, or referrals. The worst part if it all most of his clients are elderly and they could care less double checking information they send you home with because they rather you fix it by making another trip to Dr. Bautistas office. These girls are lazy and are one chip away from diseases themselves . Imagine the care they would need and having to run into a horrible staff like yourselves . Please get it together you guys are the face of his office please make a difference and make our people proud not embarrassed.

Staff has always been so helpful whenever I have questions especially the ladies in the front. They are so welcoming and handle patient concerns with the utmost attention. I've seen them deal with difficult patients like some in these comments and will say that they handle the situations with grace. Kuddos to the office staff!

I'm a US Army Veteran with a combat related injury. After receiving private health insurance I went looking for a doctor near me, and unfortunately I ended up meeting this guy first. He only cares about his paycheck, and acts more as a salesman than a doctor. I've left them voicemails and have yet to receive a call back. They don't answer their phone at all, but when you give them a visit they don't have anything to show for their lack of communication. I recommend you work for the VA, you'll do great there.
