Bauman Physical Therapy

I have had several appointments with Sarah Martin concerning painful knees not only are my knees not painful anymore, I know ways to help myself at home with exercises to continue to make that happen, she also figured out the bigger overall picture and that was that my shoes don’t have support in the back and my feet Are maladapting and the pain is going right up my leg. Sarah Martin is a genius and has great palpation skills and great people skills and is very intuitive and knowledgeable. I’m very thankful to have been under her care and have been greatly helped. This is a great place to get physical therapy. They are thoughtful and caring therapists who don’t just follow standards in a book and give you exercises. They are manual therapists who are hands on. They can tell where a muscle is tight or where you have pain before you tell them. I have needed a lot of PT due to an injury caused by a surgery and I’ve been to several physical therapists in multiple states. Bauman is the best by far and I’m forever grateful for their help.

I was seen by Sarah Martin at Bauman PT. I had back pain I had suffered through for several years. It was getting to the point where it was hard to make it through a whole work day or do chores at home. Exercise was difficult because I never knew what might make my back worse and what wouldn't. I saw multiple PTs before her and the problem was only getting worse. Sarah Martin evaluated me and took a different approach. She gave me a couple of exercises to do and after doing them for a couple of weeks my back has been pretty much pain free since. I also saw her after childbirth to make sure I was cleared for exercise etc. I can't say enough good things about her. It sounds crazy but my life is completely different in a better way because she fixed my back.
