Bates Orthodontics - Northside Richmond

We have used Dr. Bates and his team for two of our children’s braces. It has been fun to watch them grown over the past several years! The staff is so friendly, the appointments are on time and efficient, and Dr. Bates is very knowledgeable and great with kids and parents. They do an awesome job; we highly recommend! She’s got a beautiful smile!!

Wonderful office and experience! Can’t speak Highly enough about Dr Bates and his Team! My Daughter was treated with kindness, patience and left feeling like we had a mother daughter day at “ The Spa!” Any and all questions were answered and both myself and my daughter are thrilled with her new braces! To add to our lovely experience she was given a beautiful bag of goodies to help encourage proper hygiene and comfort care to aid with her braces. Highly recommend.

Dr. Bates and his staff have beeen excellent. We started treatment March 2024 and we are currently on our 2nd phase. Everyone from the receptionist to the dental assistants have been kind and shown us the utmost respect. We have recommended Dr. Bates to several friends/family for this reason!

5 stars all around! The team is extremely caring & helpful, the doctors are very knowledgeable. I LOVE this ortho office & recommend them every chance I get. I started my treatment at a different office that estimated a way longer treatment time than Bates Orthodontics estimated. I even finished my treatment earlier than Dr. Bates estimated!! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking

If you are look for a great orthodontist this is the place. Staff was super helpful and nice. They made me good and did my braces on the same day!!! I had an issue with one of my brackets coming off that night. I to the office the next day and Doctor Bates himself fixed my issues no questions asked. I truly recommend this place.
