Bates Dental PS

I had such a great experience at Dr. Bates dental office today! All the staff were so pleasant and welcoming. My hygienist, Jenna was so sweet and incredibly thorough! Dr. Bates was so kind and gentle when he had to replace an old filling on me. I didn’t catch the assistants name ☹️ but she was amazing as well, checked on me multiple times during my procedure. 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dental home!

My mouth is a mess and my anxiety was through the roof concerning the appointment. From x-rays to polishing, the entire process was painless, for which I am so thankful. There is still a lot of work to be done but I left with a sense of hope, that Dr. Bates will work with me to come up with a suitable plan, both esthetically and financially, that will give me confidence in a better, healthy mouth.

I had a wonderful experience with Bates Dental! Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. I have some anxiety about going to the dentist, but the staff made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain their processes and decisions. They were honest, realistic, listened to my concerns/questions, and never once made me feel ashamed or anxious about my gums/teeth.

The entire staff is amazing- Sandy at the front desk is always in a good mood ready to help. Dr Bates is the only person who has helped me with my fear of the dentist. Today was my first time with Emily and she was incredible, she made sure I was comfortable and was so supportive and fun to chat with! 10/10 service every time I come in! If you struggle with dentists at all, this is the place for you. Thank you Bates Dental Team!

Dr, Bates came into the office on the weekend with overnight notice to help me with an upsetting dental situation. He helped me get it fixed quickly and as always, with kindness and a smile. Dr. Bates is best in class, and I recommend him without question for any dental work. Sincerely Amari Grace
