Bateh Eye Care

I had the pleasure of having Dr. Laurie Bateh conduct my most recent eye exam. From the get go, the staff was very welcoming and friendly! During my exam, Dr. Bateh made sure she took the time to conduct a thorough exam, answering all my questions, and really showed compassion and care despite it being busy! You can tell these people really care. Their glasses selection was great, so many different styles and brands and I got my new pair of glasses in no time! Got my children and I glasses from here and we received great/welcoming customer service from every staff member there! 😁 I actually arrived the day before the set appointment for my daughter and she squeezed me in to see the doctor since I was already there. Overall, my kids and I had a great experience here. I recommend for sure!

Terrible. Gave me messed up glasses when i tried them on and then proceeded to tell me they couldn’t give me a refund nor fix them.

Me and 4 of my kids came here for eye exams and glasses and we were treated so well by every staff, we didn’t have to wait long at all and everyone was very friendly and well mannered, they made me feel so comfortable, it was easy to get an appointment, and they made my kids feel comfortable and safe, I love it, and I will definitely always come back.

My mom was treated so nicely by the doctors here and the tech. He was awesome as well. The doctor who did mom's exam was very professional and caring. Then the doctor who helped mom pick out her frames was very smart and had a good eye for style and the shape of mom's face. Together they are a good team. The receptionist Holly was very sweet and nice as well. If you need glasses or exam, Bateh is the way. It the place to go for all your optical needs.
