I highly recommend this orthodontist! I go to both the Vineland and Hammonton offices and every experience has been wonderful. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming. Michelle made us feel comfortable and explained everything so well we chose them. Dr. Nick is kind, upbeat, and truly makes you feel at ease. At the end of every visit, he explains in detail to the parents what was done, the goal, and what to expect. The ladies in the back with Dr. Nick are so easy going and super friendly my child never felt stressed. Stephanie is super approachable and does a great job helping you find an appointment that works for you. If you are looking for a caring and professional orthodontic team, this is definitely the place to go!

I have been with Batastini Orthodontics since 2014. I have two children who needed braces, my son was his first patient back in 2014 and I was so happy we picked his office, my sons teeth were very bad and and with the help of Doctor Batastini my sons teeth are now perfect, and positive note he was able to get his teeth corrected before my wedding. They are so good with the kids, they make them feel comfortable during the entire brace process. They are so good with flexibility to help all us working parents and getting us in there when it convenient with our work schedule. During covid they have been working diligently to get all the kids they handle the proper care and appointments all while being safe, that means the world to me. A place to go if you want to participate with customer service that goes beyond the norm..I have two children that receive service by Dr Paul. My favorite thing to say is how Michelle the office manager has been a blessing to me through out the years. There has been another lady as well who works at the desk that has been so kind. Michelle has worked with me and my finacial needs, she listens and helps when needed..I can not stress enough how appreciative I am for her kindness towards me.. My daughters have a great smile and I have fond memories of individuals who care so much. Rachel J

My four children and myself all have either been or are currently are patients of Dr Paul’s. The staff is always friendly and professional. Dr Paul makes my children and me feel comfortable and relaxed while in the office. Our family feels like part of their family, especially since the staff has been part of all my children’s lives for years.
